Bayramova - Ulkar

Ulkar Bayramova graduated from Lankaran State University, Azerbaijan. She is now a PhD student researching the Bologna process and the credit point system.  She is a Cisco CCNA, graduated, from online courses on e-learning at Turku and Tallinn Universities. She studied at the Paideia-European Institute for Jewish studies in Stockholm and has worked on NATO, EC IT projects and e-learning projects. Ulkar speaks Azeri, English, Russian, Turkish, Turkmen, Talysh (a tribal language from the south of Azerbaijan) and Hebrew. She is working as an expert in the International Relations office at the Azerbaijan University of Languages, and as manager of the TEMPUS and Erasmus Mundus projects. She is a active member of the AZ ISOC Chapter formation initiative group and is running an individual ISOC CGP project for minority schools. Ulkar is also an ISOC NGL Ambassador.
