Jacqueline F. Beauchere is Director, Communications & Marketing – Trustworthy Computing for Microsoft Corp., responsible for strategic communications to worldwide consumer and government audiences on Microsoft’s work in privacy, accessibility and online safety. 
Prior to this role, Jacqueline was Director, Trustworthy Computing Strategy, where she oversaw and managed external and internal communications pertaining to the company’s Trustworthy Computing (TwC) effort. 
Before joining TwC, Ms. Beauchere was a Senior Marketing Manager, MSN Safety & Security.  She joined Microsoft’s MSN division in May 2004 to lead a company-wide consumer online safety program.  In that role, Jacqueline was responsible for cross-company consumer awareness and education efforts around spam, phishing, and identity theft, as well as children’s online safety, privacy, and computer security within MSN.
Ms. Beauchere’s first 4-1/2 years at Microsoft were spent in the Government Affairs’ division of the company’s Legal & Corporate Affairs department as a Corporate Attorney and Policy Counsel. 
Before joining Microsoft in December 1999, Ms. Beauchere was an attorney in private practice in New Jersey, New York, and Washington, D.C.  A second-career attorney, Jacqueline spent 12 years as a real-time financial news correspondent and editor, most recently with Reuters America, Inc., in New York.
She is a cum laude graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, N.J., and holds a dual BA in international relations and journalism from The American University in Washington, D.C.
