Fowlie - Gary
Gary Fowlie is the head of the Liaison office of the International Telecommunication Union to the United Nations. Mr. Fowlie is an Economist and Journalist. Prior to joining the International Telecommunication Union in 2000, Mr. Fowlie worked for Microsoft and the global consulting firm of Hill and Knowlton. Mr. Fowlie was responsible for communications and member relations for the UN World Summit on the Information Society and from 2005 until 2009 was the Chief of Media Liaison for the United Nations in New York. Mr. Fowlie is a graduate of the University of Alberta and the London School of Economics.
