Kultamaa - Mervi
Mervi Kultamaa is a career diplomat in the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland. She has participated in the international discussions on internet governance issues since the second phase of the WSIS Summit in 2005. She worked in the Permanent Mission of Finland to the United Nations in Geneva in 2005-2010. She is based in Helsinki now serving as a Counsellor on Information Society and Trade Facilitation in her Ministry.
Mervi Kultamaa has participated in five out of the six IGF meetings. She was a Member of the CSTD Working Group on the Improvements to the IGF. For the first time, she is also a Member of the Multi-Stakeholder Advisory Group of the IGF in 2012-2013.
