Jamie leads a new joint team drawn from the UK’s Foreign and Commonwealth Office and the Office of Cyber Security and Information Assurance.  The team is responsible for taking forward the international agenda set at the November 2011 London Cyber Conference.  This includes developing the concept of acceptable behaviour on the Internet.
Jamie took up this post in January 2012, following over 20 years of security policy experience.   His most recent assignment was as cyber policy lead in the British Embassy, Washington (2008-2011).  Previously he was assigned to a range of operational and policy positions at the UK’s Government Communications HQ.
