Ms. Ory Okolloh is Google's Policy Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa.  She is a co-founder of  Ushahidi and served as the organization’s  Executive Director from inception until December 2010.    Ory is also the co-founder of Mzalendo, a website that tracks the performance of Kenyan Members of Parliament.  Ms. Okolloh graduated summa cum laude with a B.A.

Khaled Fattal is Group Chairman of The Multilingual Internet group (www.MLiGrp.com) which consists of a number of companies and an NGO with the mission to empower and link the emerging markets of billions of current and future non-English Internet users with the English Internet and the rest of the world. Fattal has been very active in empowering the non- English speaking world on the Internet since the late 1990s, and has led on Multilingualizing the English Internet at United Nations Processes, ICANN and many others.

Meijer - Roelof

Roelof Meijer is CEO of SIDN, the registry for .nl, one of the world’s largest and most succesful country-code top level domains. He joined SIDN in 2005, when he was tasked to further professionalize SIDN and enhance its national and international position.

David Souter is founder and managing director of ICT Development Associates, which brings together independent expertise in ICTs, internet and development issues to work on research and policy projects for international organizations, governments, the private sector and civil society. He is also Visiting Professor of Communications Management at the University of Strathclyde, Scotland, and Visiting Senior Fellow in Media and Communications in the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is an associate of the International Institute for Sustainable Development.

During this period he has served as the founder CEO of Wunderman Kenya, a global digital agency brand and as CEO of Spanimage Kenya Ltd, the leading Digital Out of Home Network in East Africa.
 

Hendrie - Susie

Susie works in the Government and Regulatory Affairs department at the GSMA, the global trade association for the mobile industry. She joined the GSMA in 2006 and is responsible for the management of projects at a regional and global level. Susie heads up the GSMA’s work on mYouth, which covers all policy issues related to children and young people’s use of mobile technology. She holds a Masters degree in Media & Communications Policy and Regulation from the London School of Economics and a BA (Honours) in Economics from Queens University, Canada.
