Alex Comninos is a policy researcher with the Association for Progressive Communications working on issues around the internet and human rights. He is also DAAD Scholar and Doctoral Candidate at Justus-Liebig University Gießen in the Department of Geography. His doctoral research is on the use of online crisis mapping in the middle-East and North Africa during the Arab spring.

Akram Atallah joined ICANN in September 2010 as Chief Operating Officer. He brings to his position more than 20 years of experience in engineering development and management, communications technology management, product marketing, and large business restructuring management. After 10 years at Conexant Systems, he left his General Manager and Senior VP position and took on the COO role at CoreObjects Software to successfully restructure the once struggling engineering services startup.

Tracy Hackshaw is Vice Chair of the Internet Society Trinidad & Tobago Chapter. He is a graduate of the DiploFoundation'sInternet Governance Capacity Building Programme in 2008 and is now a member of their Research & Teaching Faculty. Tracy participated in the ICANN Fellowship Program at the Sydney and Seoul Meetings in 2009, at Catagena in 2010 and at Prague in 2012.

Mohamed is an active Internet user and Professional, He was Founder and President of Sudan Internet Society from 2001 until 2008, its main objective was to promote internet usage for Sudan's Socio-economic development. He has been active within ICANN since 2001, handling Sudan ccTLD ".SD" Re-delegation process, .SD is managed by Sudan Internet Society. Mohamed served as a Council member in ICANN's Country Code Supporting Organization "ccNSO" Council representing Africa, and member of ICANN's Board At Large Advisory Committee "ALAC".
