Mr.

David Souter is founder and managing director of ICT Development Associates, which brings together independent expertise in ICTs, internet and development issues to work on research and policy projects for international organizations, governments, the private sector and civil society. He is also Visiting Professor of Communications Management at the University of Strathclyde, Scotland, and Visiting Senior Fellow in Media and Communications in the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is an associate of the International Institute for Sustainable Development.

Taylor Reynolds is a senior economist at the OECD. He leads the organisation’s Information Economy Unit that covers issues such as the role of information and communication technologies in the economy, digital content, economic impacts of the Internet and green ICTs. His previous work at the OECD concentrated on telecommunication and broadcast markets with a particular focus on broadband.

 
From 1996-99 Luigi Gambardella ran the regulatory and Institutional affairs for Olivetti. In 1999 he joined the Telecom Italia Group, in charge of relations with the National Regulatory Authority, and he is currently their Vice President Relations with International Institutions and Organizations.

Sangay Khandu is a Member of Parliament in the National Council of Bhutan. He is a member of the parliamentary committee on Good Governance and has served as the Deputy Chairperson and also as Chairperson of the Committee.

Duksh works for the African Network Information Center – AFRINIC, where he manages the organisation's web services as the Webmaster using open source technology since 2007. Prior to AFRINIC, Duksh has worked for several French BPO organisations in Mauritius.

Akram Atallah joined ICANN in September 2010 as Chief Operating Officer. He brings to his position more than 20 years of experience in engineering development and management, communications technology management, product marketing, and large business restructuring management. After 10 years at Conexant Systems, he left his General Manager and Senior VP position and took on the COO role at CoreObjects Software to successfully restructure the once struggling engineering services startup.

Dave is a recognized expert in the fields of Internet routing, broadband access and security. He served as an IESG area director of the IESG and authored several RFCs. Dave started a private consulting firm in 1993, and served as a technical advisor to a number of successful Internet startups.

Currently the CEO of 3Mice Interactive Media, a leading independent interactive agency in East Africa, Ali Hussein is an executive with experience spanning over 17 years in the technology and marketing sectors. During this period he has served as the founder CEO of Wunderman Kenya, a global digital agency brand and as CEO of Spanimage Kenya Ltd, the leading Digital Out of Home Network in East Africa.
