Carlos López Blanco, born in Valladolid in 1959, trained as a lawyer at Valladolid University, obtained an A.D. at the IESE Business School, and is a State Lawyer.
 
During the years 1984 to 1989 he worked as State Lawyer for the Spanish Administration in the Ministries of Education, Justice, and Economy.
 

Fujii - Ko

Ko Fujii is Google’s Head of Public Policy and Government Affairs for Japan.  He oversees all of Google’s public policy issues in Japan including privacy, security, copyright, and child protection.  Prior to joining Google in 2010, Ko was a public relations consultant at Fleishman-Hillard Japan, focusing on public affairs and government relations for the ICT industry.  He also specialized in crisis management.

Michael Kende is the co-Head of the Regulatory Sector at Analysys Mason. Michael is an economist by training, with a Ph.D. from MIT. After MIT, he spent five years as a professor of Economics at INSEAD, a business school near Paris, before joining the Federal Communications Commission. At the FCC, Michael was the Director of Internet Policy Analysis, where he was responsible for managing a wide range of policy analyses and regulatory decisions on Internet policy (including interconnection), broadband deployment, and mergers.

Dejan Cvetkovic is the Regional Technology Officer of Microsoft, Central and Eastern Europe. Dejan holds the Bachelor of Science from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade. He joined Microsoft in Canada back in 1993 as the software design engineer in Microsoft Exchange development team. Until 2003, Dejan held several different positions in Microsoft both on the engineering and business development side.

 C. Trevor Clarke has completed a highly successful career in the private sector representing British multinational corporation Cable & Wireless in telecommunications engineering and management. He played a key role in the telecommunications liberalization negotiations with Governments both in Barbados and in the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean states (OECS).
