Waudo Siganga is the Chairman of the Computer Society of Kenya. He was a member of the U.N. IGF Multi-Stakeholder Advisory Group. He has previously also worked with the UN Working Group on Internet Governance (2003-2005) and been Vice-Chairman of the World Information Technology & Services Alliance (WITSA) in charge of Africa. He has over 20 years working in the technical and policy areas of ICT. He previously worked for the Industrial Development Bank in Kenya and the Dutch international bank, ABN AMRO as an ICT expert.

Tracy Hackshaw is Vice Chair of the Internet Society Trinidad & Tobago Chapter. He is a graduate of the DiploFoundation'sInternet Governance Capacity Building Programme in 2008 and is now a member of their Research & Teaching Faculty. Tracy participated in the ICANN Fellowship Program at the Sydney and Seoul Meetings in 2009, at Catagena in 2010 and at Prague in 2012.

Karim Attoumani Mohamed is a lecturer at the Comoros University from 2006. He is graduated to the University of Montreal with a Master on ICT integration in the education. He obtained an Engineer diploma in telecommunications (2003) and holds a DEA (Master II) in Telecommunications regulation (2004) from the Ecole Supérieure Polytechnique d’Antananarivo (Madagascar).

Rashid Hajili is a practicing lawyer and the chairman of Media Rights Institute (MRI). MRI was founded in 2002 and is a leading organization in the sphere of promoting freedom of expression and access to public information rights.

Eldred - Michael

Dr Michael Eldred, gained two Science degrees, majoring in mathematics, in 1974 and 1975, followed by studies in philosophy at the University of Sydney, culminating in a Ph.D. in philosophy in 1984. His studies were supported by scholarships from the Australian Government (1970-75), the University of Sydney (1978/79 & 1982-84) and the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service 1980-81). His Pure Mathematics thesis investigated the theory of mathematical theories within a category-theoretic framework and he was employed in Sydney as a mathematician.

Mr. Kafui A. Prebbie is the Chief Executive Officer of TechAide – www.thetechaide.com , an IT social enterprise that  specialises in mobile applications, sms value added products, low voltage and virtual computing, computer networks and power solutions including solar. Mr. Prebbie is also the Founder & Director of ImpactEducation, an NGO that supports life-long learning processes that lead to transforming outcomes for individuals and societies.

Ben Scott is a Senior Advisor to the Open Technology Institute at the New America Foundation in Washington DC and a Visiting Fellow at the Stiftung Neue Verantwortung in Berlin.

Previously, he was a Policy Advisor for Innovation at the US Department of State where he worked at the intersection of technology and foreign policy. In a small team of advisors to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, he worked to help steward the 21'st Century Statecraft agenda with a focus on technology policy, social media and development.
