Courtney C. Radsch is an international media expert, journalist and blogger with more than 10 years of journalism and media affairs experience in the U.S. and the Middle East. She is currently Senior Program Manager at Freedom House where she manages the Global Freedom of Expression Campaign. She regularly leads international advocacy missions, represents Freedom House at the UN Human Rights Council and serves as a spokesperson on media and technology issues. Ms.

Ms. Ory Okolloh is Google's Policy Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa.  She is a co-founder of  Ushahidi and served as the organization’s  Executive Director from inception until December 2010.    Ory is also the co-founder of Mzalendo, a website that tracks the performance of Kenyan Members of Parliament.  Ms. Okolloh graduated summa cum laude with a B.A.

Ceren Ünal, from Ankara, Turkey, studied law at Ankara University, subsequently gaining a Master of Laws degree from Queen Mary, University of London, specializing in Computer and Communications Law as a British Chevening Scholar. Since 2003, she has worked as an instructor at Bilkent University Faculty of Law for the Internet Law and Civil Law courses. Ms Ünal is also studying a PhD in Civil Law at Ankara University, with a dissertation on the Civil Liability of Internet Service Providers for Online Content.

Subi Chaturvedi is an activitist- academician and an award winning filmmamer and photographer. Currently an assistant professor of journalism and communication at the Lady Shri Ram COllege for Women, Delhi University, she is also an active research scholar at the Indian Institute of technology. She is widely published on New Media Technology, its social shaping and impact of internet on society and issues of global governance. Her areas of intervention are freedom of expression, gender, culture, technology, new media, global Internet Governance and policy.

I am the Coordinator of the Unit of Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Policies for the Ministry of Social Development in Honduras. My work is based on the evaluation of public policies, which intend to generate information for all the sectors involved in the society, allowing decision makers to have a more effective and efficient participation; increasing and improving the development of the social areas by promoting programs and projects that reach the basic needs of people living under poverty and extreme poverty.

Susie works in the Government and Regulatory Affairs department at the GSMA, the global trade association for the mobile industry. She joined the GSMA in 2006 and is responsible for the management of projects at a regional and global level. Susie heads up the GSMA’s work on mYouth, which covers all policy issues related to children and young people’s use of mobile technology. She holds a Masters degree in Media & Communications Policy and Regulation from the London School of Economics and a BA (Honours) in Economics from Queens University, Canada.
