Pierre Lotis NANKEP hold a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Computer Science obtained in 2001 at the University of Yaounde I in Cameroon.

He is a specialist in software engineering for which he has developped many applications that are being installed in banks and public administration in Cameroon.

Moreover, he feel comfortable on cyber security issues in general and especially in cryptography. He have a very good knowledge of Linux operating systems for which I have completed several professional certifications.

Since mid-2009, Cédric Wachholz coordinates UNESCO’s WSIS follow-up and implementation, including the IGF related work from UNESCO’s Communication and Information Sector. He is originally an e-learning specialist, and headed before the WSIS work UNESCO’s ICT in Education Unit in the Education Sector. From 2006-8, he worked in the office of UNESCO's Assistant Director-General for Education, also coordinating and advising on ICT in Education activities.

Subi Chaturvedi is an activitist- academician and an award winning filmmamer and photographer. Currently an assistant professor of journalism and communication at the Lady Shri Ram COllege for Women, Delhi University, she is also an active research scholar at the Indian Institute of technology. She is widely published on New Media Technology, its social shaping and impact of internet on society and issues of global governance. Her areas of intervention are freedom of expression, gender, culture, technology, new media, global Internet Governance and policy.

Alasgar Mammadli received his bachelor degree in law from Istanbul University of Istanbul, Turkey in 1996 and his masters from Public Administration Institute for Turkey and the Middle East (TODAIE) in Ankara, Turkey in 2001. He worked as a solicitor in Istanbul, Turkey and as a lawyer at Internews and IREX Azerbaijan in Baku, Azerbaijan. 
 He's specialized on media law, access to information, election law, Constitution law and human rights. 

Kende - Michael

Michael Kende is the co-Head of the Regulatory Sector at Analysys Mason. Michael is an economist by training, with a Ph.D. from MIT. After MIT, he spent five years as a professor of Economics at INSEAD, a business school near Paris, before joining the Federal Communications Commission. At the FCC, Michael was the Director of Internet Policy Analysis, where he was responsible for managing a wide range of policy analyses and regulatory decisions on Internet policy (including interconnection), broadband deployment, and mergers.
