Tracy Hackshaw is Vice Chair of the Internet Society Trinidad & Tobago Chapter. He is a graduate of the DiploFoundation'sInternet Governance Capacity Building Programme in 2008 and is now a member of their Research & Teaching Faculty. Tracy participated in the ICANN Fellowship Program at the Sydney and Seoul Meetings in 2009, at Catagena in 2010 and at Prague in 2012.

Karim Attoumani Mohamed is a lecturer at the Comoros University from 2006. He is graduated to the University of Montreal with a Master on ICT integration in the education. He obtained an Engineer diploma in telecommunications (2003) and holds a DEA (Master II) in Telecommunications regulation (2004) from the Ecole Supérieure Polytechnique d’Antananarivo (Madagascar).

Dr. Towela Nyirenda Jere holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering (Networking and Telecommunications) from the University of Kansas, an ACCA Diploma in Financial Management and is a qualified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute (USA). She is currently the Programmes Manager with the NEPAD e-Africa Programme and interim Manager of the African Science Technology and Innovation Indicators (ASTII) Initiative at the NEPAD Planning and Coordinating Agency (NPCA).

Martin Boyle is Senior Policy Advisor in Nominet, the registry for .uk Internet domain names. His role includes work to develop the UK-IGF multi-stakeholder partnership to ensure effective British engagement in the international discussions. On the national policy agenda, Martin is working with key stakeholders – including the Internet Watch Foundation, law enforcement agencies and parliamentarians – to contribute to Nominet’s mission to make a positive difference to UK Internet users and to shape the development of the Internet.

Ben Akoh is an expert on media and technology policy, research and capacity building on the development and deployment of information and communications technologies (ICTs) and the internet, in Africa and globally. He is also currently involved in various capacities at national and regional Internet governance processes. Mr. Akoh is also an instructor at the University of Manitoba where his research interests are in exploring the nexus of education, culture, and the Internet for sustainable development.
