Roelof Meijer is CEO of SIDN, the registry for .nl, one of the world’s largest and most succesful country-code top level domains. He joined SIDN in 2005, when he was tasked to further professionalize SIDN and enhance its national and international position.
Meijer has extensive international experience in highest level management, professionalization, strategic change and corporate restructuring.

From 1996-99 Luigi Gambardella ran the regulatory and Institutional affairs for Olivetti. In 1999 he joined the Telecom Italia Group, in charge of relations with the National Regulatory Authority, and he is currently their Vice President Relations with International Institutions and Organizations.

Mr. Painter has been on the vanguard of cyber issues for twenty years. Most recently, Mr. Painter served in the White House as Senior Director for Cybersecurity Policy in the National Security Staff. During his two years at the White House, Mr. Painter was a senior member of the team that conducted the President's Cyberspace Policy Review and subsequently served as Acting Cybersecurity Coordinator. He coordinated the development of a forthcoming international strategy for cyberspace and chaired high-level interagency groups devoted to international and other cyber issues.

Michael Kende is the co-Head of the Regulatory Sector at Analysys Mason. Michael is an economist by training, with a Ph.D. from MIT. After MIT, he spent five years as a professor of Economics at INSEAD, a business school near Paris, before joining the Federal Communications Commission. At the FCC, Michael was the Director of Internet Policy Analysis, where he was responsible for managing a wide range of policy analyses and regulatory decisions on Internet policy (including interconnection), broadband deployment, and mergers.

Tracy Hackshaw is Vice Chair of the Internet Society Trinidad & Tobago Chapter. He is a graduate of the DiploFoundation'sInternet Governance Capacity Building Programme in 2008 and is now a member of their Research & Teaching Faculty. Tracy participated in the ICANN Fellowship Program at the Sydney and Seoul Meetings in 2009, at Catagena in 2010 and at Prague in 2012.

Sarah is a Policy Manager in Google’s Washington, D.C. office where she manages a portfolio of issues related to international Internet policy, Internet governance, and free expression.  Sarah drives Google’s engagement strategy with a host of international organizations (such as the UN, Internet Governance Forum, and International Telecommunication Union) and furthers Google’s open Internet goals within the international policy space. She is responsible for all outreach to the U.S.

Kris Seeburn is Lecturer in Information Systems Audit and Control, IT & Enterprise Governance, Computer Security, Information warfare and Programme Director of the Master in Computer Security & Forensics (Rebranded - MSc Enterprise Security & Digital Forensics) / MSc Information Risk Management , MSc Business Enterprise Systems at the University of Technology, Mauritius and a seasoned Information Security Consultant.
