Adiel A. Akplogan is the Chief Executive Officer of AFRINIC, the Regional Internet Registry for Africa since 2004. With a strong passion for Internet technology, he is one of the Internet pioneers in West Africa where, in the early 90s, he set up and managed one of the very first private and independent Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in the region.

Hypponen - Mikko

Mikko Hypponen is a computer security expert. He's also a columnist for the New York Times, Wired, CNN and BBC. His TED Talk on computer security has been seen by almost a million people and has been translated to over 35 languages. He has been working with computer security for over 20 years and has fought the biggest virus outbreaks in the net, including Loveletter, Conficker and Stuxnet. He's in the advisory board of the Lifeboat foundation and works as the Chief Research Officer of F-Secure in Finland.

Gaurab Raj Upadhaya is a native of Nepal, and resident of Singapore. He has been active in the Internet community for more than ten years.

Dmitry Kohmanyuk graduated in 1992 from the Cybernetics Department of Kiev Taras Shevchenko University in Kiev (then Soviet Union, presently Ukraine), receiving a Masters Degree with honors. 

Quek - Tong Boon

Quek Tong Boon is currently the Chief Defence Scientist as well as the Chief Research & Technology Officer of the Singapore Ministry of Defence. After completing his full time National Service in 1980, he joined the Defence Science Organisation, then a MINDEF organisation. He held various appointments in the organisation, including that of Divisional Manager (Dynamics Division), and Deputy Director (Technology).

Charles Musisi is director of Computer Frontiers International, a company dedicated to increasing the use of and access to the Internet in Africa. Charles has provided project management for a highly successful e-commerce project for selected small businesses in Uganda, and planned, developed and successfully launched a Call Centre in Uganda to provide e-commerce and customer service support to a regional and international clientele in African and the North American markets.  Additionally, Charles served as the coordinator for Connect-Ed, a U.S.
