Meredith R Whittaker is a Program Manager for Google Research. She leads initiatives related to Internet measurement, including managing Google's involvement in the Measurement Lab project, measurementlab.net. In this capacity she has worked closely with the academic community, policy-makers, consumer advocates, and national regulators across the globe to advise on scientifically verifiable broadband measurement and policy.

Dr. Milton L. Mueller is Professor at Syracuse University School of Information Studies, USA. From 2008 to the end of 2010 he held the XS4All Chair at Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands, devoted to the privacy and security of Internet users. Mueller received the Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Annenberg School in 1989. His research focuses on rights, institutions and global governance in communication and information industries.

Hisham Ibrahim is AFRINIC's IPv6 Program Manager. He joined AFRINIC in 2010 from the Egyptian Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), where he served since 2005, in a number of different technical roles, most recently as the Network Operations Center (NOC) Team Leader.
Hisham is also one of the founding members of the Egyptian IPv6 Task Force, and served as technical head of the IPv6TF labs and test beds since 2005 till 2010.
Hisham also sits as a member of the Arab IGF Multistakeholder Advisory Group (MAG).

Dr. Paul Vixie is Chairman and Founder of Internet Systems Consortium. He served as President of MAPS, PAIX and MIBH, as CTO of Abovenet/MFN, and on the board of several for-profit and non-profit companies. He has served on the ARIN Board of Trustees since 2005, where he served as Chairman in 2008 and 2009, and is a founding member of ICANN Root Server System Advisory Committee (RSSAC) and ICANN Security and Stability Advisory Committee (SSAC). Vixie has been contributing to Internet protocols and UNIX systems as a protocol designer and software architect since 1980.

Martin Levy has been involved in the TCP/IP world since the publication of the first TCP/IP RFCs in the early 80’s. Born and educated in England, Martin moved to the United States to work as a software developer at the prestigious Bell Labs. It was at Bell Labs where thirty years ago he ran their first TCP/IP network-enabled UNIX computers. After seven years in New Jersey, Martin moved to California and joined the Silicon Valley entrepreneurial-life to continue his focus on networking software and systems.

Geoff Huston is the Chief Scientist at the Asia Pacific Network Information Centre (APNIC), where he undertakes research on topics associated with Internet infrastructure, IP technologies, and address distribution policies.
Widely regarded as the preeminent researcher on IPv4 exhaustion, he is routinely referenced by international agencies and is frequently quoted by the ICT media.
